Dmx 512 Controller 192 Channel

This basic mini DMX 512 Controller is the ideal solution for a simple Co2 Cannon or Spark Machine setup where you are trying to control all equipment on the same channel or have two main channels/equipment setups. 

Of course you can control more equipment, as we mentioned below, but for Special Effect purposes this basic controller will get the job done.

Specifications:

The Mini DMX Controller 192 channel console follows the DMX512 international standard protocol and can control all equipment that support the DMX512 protocol, such as special effects equipment, co2 cannons offered by CryoFX, as well as moving head lights, and various PAR lights.

It only has 192 channels. Please note that the number of channels in the same network should not exceed 192.

For example, a Co2 Jet that has 2 channels, you can assign all co2 jets to same channel and control as many as you want, however if you want to control the jets individually, you could assign 1 jet to channel 1, another to channel 3 and another to channel 5 and be able to control all 3 from this board WITHOUT changing banks.

1 bank is 8 channels, so bank 1 is 8 channels, which are the 8 sliders across the board as shown.

When going to bank 2, bank 1 sliders inputs are saved and then the same sliders are now controlling bank 2 (channels 9-16). Bank 3, the same, controlling channels 17-24.

This is something to take a note of since Co2 Jets, Spark Machines and other Special Effects Equipment is not like lights where you set the channel and leave it, SPFX equipment required the channel to activate it and constantly control it via the slider, so it becomes a challenge when you try to control equipment and your cycling between banks of channels as mentioned above.

This is why we recommend using the sliders and only bank 1 when controlling the equipment.

which can be triggered by sound, manually by tap or automatically by the time faders between 0.1 seconds and TO minutes. This controller is ideal for small theatres or stage applications.
