Co2 Tank Manifold Builder

CryoFX® Co2 Tank Manifolds are essential when the necessity for more than one tank, or simply put - more Co2, is needed.

This Co2 Tank Manifold Builder allows you to custom build the Co2 Manifold that fits your needs. Here's how it works:

The base charge is set for this builder at $10. From there you select your manifold type, options, upgrades, and other customization items to "Build" your Co2 manifold.

CO2 FITTING: Most all Co2 Fittings selections will be "CGA-320 USA" if the tanks these will be used with are in the "Americas (North and South including surrounding islands and territories, Canada & Africa). If intended usage in Europe, UK, Germany, and most other Countries (Other than China, Korea, and Japan), then select BS341" Option, but please note: *IMPORTANT* any other fittings within the selectable options that state "CGA-320 will still be USA Co2 Fittings for those options (Currently no MALE Co2 FIttings Available for EU, Germany, UK etc).

FIRST: Start by selecting what type of manifold you need and type of fitting connections on it:

• 2 Tanks to 1 Co2 Cannon (Output)
• 3 Tanks to 1 Co2 Cannon
• 4 Tanks to 1 Co2 Cannon
• Each option above comes with the following fitting options:
• Factory Seal (Thread tape not meant to be disconnected)
• Direct Connect (No Thread Tape - Meant for Connect/Disconnect via wrenches (Tours))
• Quick Disconnect (Connect/Disconnect without wrenches)

SECOND: Select any plugs if you want them. Why would you want plugs? Plugs allow you to turn, for instance a 4 to 1 manifold into a 3to1 and also 2to1 without buying separate manifolds by simply "Plugging" the open ports that are not used. YES we recommend plugs with Quick Disconnect fitting options as these can still leak without plugs in them.

THIRD: Select your desired "Co2 Hose Manifold Connection Fitting Type". This is the fitting type that connects the hoses to the manifold. Theres a few options available moreso for those who already have manifolds, hoses, or would like this manifold setup to work with equipment they already have. If you don't have other equipment, or don't care, there's an option there for you also!

FOURTH: Select the "Output Fitting Type". This is the fitting that is on the outlet side of this manifold, also shown in the images as a Number 2 (Shown in images as a Male CGA for representation only). If you want your current co2 products to connect to this manifold and they currently connect to a co2 tank directly, then you would select the "Male CGA320" option (This is the fittiing shown in all images labeled #2)

FIFTH: Hose upgrade option. Need longer hoses than the standard 1.5 feet hoses that come with the base order? Here is where you would select longer hoses.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU DON'T CHOOSE THE SAME CORRESPONDING MANIFOLD TYPE ON THIS OPTION AS YOU DID IN THE FIRST STEP, YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELAYED. (EXAMPLE: STEP 1 YOU SELECT "2 TANKS TO 1 OUTPUT (DIRECT CONNECT HOSES)"...IF YOU SELECT ANYTHING OTHER THAN "2 TANK TO 1 OUTPUT OPTIONS" YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD FOR BILLING. 

SIXTH & LAST: This is where we offer the option to be picky! Select the "Fitting Orientation (For Co2 Hoses Only)". What is this? This is the orientation of the fittings between the hoses and manifold ONLY. The images show female fittings on the manifold (Numbers 1 in images) and Male Fittings on the hoses and plugs.

By selecting options "Female Fittings On Manifold" you will get a similar to what is shown in the images with respect to what type of fitting goes on the manifold (Female) and on the hose (Male).

By selecting options "Male Fittings On Manifold" you will get opposite to what is shown in the images with respect to what type of fitting goes on the manifold. So the male fitting would go on the manifold and the female on the hoses.

This option set DOES NOT change fitting type (JIC vs NPT vs QD), and does not affect the OUTPUT Fitting Type at all, only specifies the HOSE-MANIFOLD connection orientation (IE Arrangement).

By selecting "Don't Care" this defaults to "Female Fittings On Manifold". 

You can connect multiple co2 tanks to any CryoFX®, or other brand, co2 products, Co2 Cannons, Cryo Guns, LED Jets or more. This setup can be customized to work with any requirement for more than one tank, within Co2 Special Effects or not, and with both gas or liquid systems.

This manifold as options provided can be outfit to work with USA Co2 Fittings (CGA-320) or Non-USA Co2 Fittings (UK Style BS 341 No.8). It cannot be used with Japanese style Co2 Fittings currently, however this feature will be available soon.

This setup can be used in one of two ways:
-By turning both co2 tanks on at the same time
-By turning one tank on, using it to completion, turning it off, then turning the second tank on (*Do not turn the second tank on while first used tank is still on, or has an open valve, as this will minimize your liquid co2 consumption)
